We’re partnering with a London-based tech platform embarking on a large-scale digital transformation. With discovery complete, the build phase is ready to launch. This is a high-impact contract role for a Lead Developer / Engineering Manager to guide technical delivery, shape application design, and lead a squad of developers. You’ll be the technical expert within the team—balancing hands-on development with architectural leadership and mentoring. The stack includes Java or Node.js, and React, and you’ll be working closely with existing engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Experience/Understanding of Crypto/Blockchain is highly desirable.
