About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to help build and scale a cutting-edge resource planning platform. You’ll focus on designing and implementing robust, secure, and efficient server-side solutions that power our product. Working closely with front-end developers and product teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of back-end features and services using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define priorities and deliverables.
- Optimize for scalability, performance, and maintainability across the codebase.
- Mentor and coach other developers in best practices and technical approaches.
- Participate in the full feature lifecycle—from concept to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
- Work in an agile environment on a large-scale software product.
About You
- Strong experience in back-end development with C# and .NET (Framework and Core).
- Comfortable working across the stack when needed, with some exposure to front-end technologies.
- Skilled in writing clean, testable code and using automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about building reliable, high-quality software solutions.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with .NET Core, Vue.js, SQL Server, and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with message queuing systems such as Azure Service Bus.
