Contract Senior Project Manager – Fibre/Telco – Outside IR35
Location: Reading (1 day/week onsite)
Duration: 3 months initial
Overview:
We\’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with strong experience in software delivery into telecoms/fibre network environments. This is a hands-on delivery role within a fast-paced, agile start-up setting, focused on two key initiatives involving fibre network software integration and supplier transition.
Key Experience Required
- Proven Project Management experience in Telco or Fibre environments.
- Strong understanding of software delivery into network infrastructure (e.g., Fibre to the Premise).
- Comfortable working in agile start-up environments with evolving governance and delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing supplier transitions and working line takeovers.
- Ability to drive project hygiene, governance, and reporting without rigid frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
