• Role: Senior Process Analyst
• Salary Range: £40 – 60k
• Benefits: Healthcare, Life and Income insurance, Competitive A/L
• Location: Office in Reading but once a month onsite

Enhancing Process Efficiency:

• Spearhead initiatives to refine processes within your area, adopting a forward-thinking stance on continual process enhancement.

Process Design:

• Aid in the development of a gold-standard methodology for Process Analysis.
• Facilitate sessions and dialogues with key players to map out current and envisioned processes.
• Precisely capture process details, commonly utilizing BPMN for documentation.
• Work in tandem with fellow Business Analysts and Process Analysts to guarantee seamless process interplay.
• Provide necessary clarification and support for process-related queries.

Preparation for Deployment:

Develop informative articles, instructional materials, and procedural guidelines.

Offer assistance during the testing phase.
