We\’re seeking a talented
Senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant
to join a growing D365 practice and play a key role in delivering best-in-class Microsoft solutions.

In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of
Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform projects
. Acting as a trusted advisor, you\’ll work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle – from presales through to delivery and handover – ensuring technical excellence and business value at every stage.

How your day will look:

• Lead the
  architecture and design
  of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, and wider D365 solutions.
• Run
  workshops with clients
  to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Provide
  consultancy on migrations
  to D365, ensuring best practice throughout.
• Proactively advise clients on the latest
  Dynamics 365 and AI updates
  , incorporating new features into solution design.
• Deliver
  training and knowledge transfer
  to support user adoption and solution success.
• Build and maintain
  trusted client relationships
  while mentoring junior team members.
• Support presales activities, including estimating, proposals, and Statements of Work (SoWs).

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent understanding of
  Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
  and the wider Microsoft platform.
• Ability to provide
  business analysis consultancy
  to guide solution design and requirements capture.
• Experience leading
  end-to-end solutions
  within Dynamics 365 projects.
• Strong
  stakeholder management and communication skills
  , with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Awareness of
  UX/UI design principles
  and their impact on solution adoption.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to keeping pace with the latest Microsoft technologies.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of
  Data Governance and Information Protection
  principles.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using
  Microsoft Azure
  .
