You will plan, schedule and oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate callouts, manage on-call rotas and drive service improvements while ensuring SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
The role requires strong people management, practical field-experience and a focus on safety, with on-site work five days per week.
