We're supporting a technology business delivering several fibre and systems integration programmes. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery across technical and business teams, ensuring projects remain on track from planning through to implementation.

A significant portion of the workload sits within Broadband and Wholesale delivery, including Broadband CPE (Customer Premises Equipment). The programme also covers FTTP, and is now extending into Layer 2 — an area the team hasn't previously delivered — so experience bringing structure to new technical territory will be valuable.

What the role involves:

  • Managing end-to-end fibre and systems integration projects, with a strong focus on Broadband and Wholesale delivery
  • Owning plans, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and third-party partners
  • Supporting delivery of Broadband CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) workstreams
  • Driving delivery across FTTP and the team's expansion into Layer 2
  • Driving governance and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams

What you'll bring:

  • Strong Project Management experience within fibre, telecoms or technology environments
  • Track record delivering systems integration or transformation projects
  • Experience within Broadband and Wholesale environments, including CPE delivery
  • Experience with FTTP; exposure to Layer 2 is beneficial, though not essential given this is new ground for the team
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
  • Experience managing technical delivery teams and project budgets
  • A hands-on approach and ability to work in fast-paced environments
