- Operate at SFIA Level 5 or equivalent seniority as a Product Manager
- Have a track record of product-led delivery through Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
- Can win over senior stakeholders and turn strategy into an actionable roadmap
- Genuinely care about user-centred design and accessibility — not just tick the box
- Hold active BPSS clearance, or are eligible and ready to get it
