We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of complex, high-impact areas within a fast-scaling, AI-powered B2B platform. This is not a ticket-taking role. You’ll work from ambiguous problem spaces through to production—shaping how AI is experienced by enterprise users who rely on clarity, trust, and performance in data-rich environments.
You’ll join a small, senior team where:
- Design has real influence
- Decisions are evidence-led
- Craft matters
What You’ll Do
- Own meaningful product areas end-to-end from problem framing → research → interaction design → shipped product.
- You’ll design workflows that:
- Simplify complex, data-dense systems
- Make AI behaviour understandable and trustworthy
- Scale across enterprise use cases
- Shape the product’s design foundation
- Evolve and extend a modern design system
- Define interaction patterns for complex workflows
- Raise the quality bar across product and engineering
- Bring evidence into decision-making
- Plan and run user interviews and usability testing
- Turn insights into clear product direction
- Balance qualitative insight with product metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years designing B2B SaaS products
- Proven experience owning work end-to-end in ambiguous spaces
- Strong portfolio showing complex product thinking, not just visuals
- Deep proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing data-heavy or enterprise workflows
- Strong UX fundamentals + high-quality visual execution
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small, senior team
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI-driven or ML-powered products
- Work on HR tech, fintech, or enterprise platforms
- Contributions to design systems at scale
- Experience using AI tools to explore design solutions faster
How You Work
- You think in systems, not just screens
- You care about clarity as much as craft
- You use evidence, not opinion, to guide decisions
- You’re comfortable making progress without perfect information
- You raise the bar for the people around you
Why This Role
- Work on real AI product challenges, not surface-level features
- High ownership with direct impact on product direction
- Small, experienced team—no layers, no noise
- Fully remote within the UK
- Backed by strong Series A funding
- Competitive salary, bonus, and equity
Interview Process
- Intro conversation (Head of Design)
- Portfolio deep dive (focus on thinking + decisions)
- Product/design problem discussion
- Final conversation (values + collaboration)
