The Opportunity
This is not a traditional implementation role. Youβll be the person who turns a signed contract into a successful client launch. Youβll guide customers through onboarding, configure the platform, run training, coordinate internally with Product and Operations, and ensure every customer goes live confident, excited, and ready to adopt the platform. The company believes onboarding is the most important moment in the customer lifecycle β and treats it that way. Youβll work in a fast-moving environment where ownership, autonomy, and problem solving are expected from day one. Small team. Very experienced people. Think SAS unit, not an army.
What Youβll Own
- Client Onboarding - Youβll own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers. This includes:
- Leading onboarding kick-off calls
- Aligning on goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Managing onboarding plans and milestones
- Coordinating data and system configuration
- Managing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Driving customers through to successful go-live
Cross-Functional Delivery
This role sits at the centre of the delivery engine. Youβll collaborate with:
- Sales & CX teams during client handover
- Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
- Operations teams ahead of launch
- Internal stakeholders working on platform improvements
Training & Enablement
Youβll help customers succeed by delivering clear and engaging training sessions. This includes:
- Delivering product training for customer teams
- Creating onboarding documentation and materials
- Supporting adoption of new workflows
- Helping customers get value from day one
Delivery Excellence

- Time-to-launch

What Weβre Looking For
