We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑paced transformation programme, delivering complex IT infrastructure and tenant‑to‑tenant migration initiatives across merger and acquisition activity. This is a highly visible, permanent role sitting at the intersection of business readiness, technical delivery, and third‑party coordination — requiring strong stakeholder management and hands‑on project leadership at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead M&A and pre‑deal IT infrastructure projects, ensuring operational readiness and delivery alignment across integration and separation activities.
  • Manage tenant‑to‑tenant migrations end‑to‑end, including planning, dependency mapping, cutover governance and risk management.
  • Coordinate multiple third‑party vendors and systems integrators, holding them accountable to delivery milestones and quality standards.
  • Own project plans, RAID logs, governance reporting, and senior stakeholder communications up to C‑suite level.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, security and identity teams across complex, multi‑entity environments.
  • Ensure delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodology and governance frameworks.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering IT infrastructure programmes in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in M&A, pre‑deal, merger or separation projects.
  • Demonstrable experience managing tenant‑to‑tenant migrations across O365 and/or Azure environments.
  • Extensive experience managing third‑party vendors and systems integrators within complex programmes.
  • Comfortable operating in high‑pressure, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including regular C‑suite engagement.

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of O365, Azure, identity and cloud infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with architecture, security and networking teams.
  • Background in financial services, consultancy, or similarly complex enterprise settings.
  • Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).
