The Role: Software Engineer/Development Team Lead / Tech Lead (x5)
Weβre looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining:

Your team may focus on:
- New product modules

What Youβll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of 2β6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
- Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
- Own the full lifecycle from concept β architecture β code β release
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent

- Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale
Tech Stack: Weβre seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example. Core stack includes:
