We are hiring five exceptional Development Team Leads / Tech Leads for one of the UK’s fastest-scaling, best-funded, and most forward-thinking software scale-ups. The Role:We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas.
- People coaching
- Workflow and automation improvements
- Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example.
- .NET (Framework & Core)
- Azure SQL + Azure Cloud
- Vue.js, Vanilla JS, CSS, HTML (SPA)
- Bonus: RabbitMQ, SignalR, broader Azure services
A strong full-stack engineer with deep problem-solving instincts. Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others.
Salary: £67,000–£85,000 depending on experience
