This is a highly specialised Product Leadership search. We are specifically seeking Product Directors and Senior Product Leaders who have transitioned from clinical practice into Product Management. To be considered, you must have a background as one of the following:

The Role
As Product Director, you will:
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of healthcare products
- Lead Product Managers, Product Leads and senior product professionals
- Drive innovation across medication management and clinical workflow products
- Partner closely with Clinical, Regulatory, Engineering, Design and Commercial stakeholders
- Lead product discovery, market analysis and strategic planning
- Balance patient safety, compliance and commercial objectives
- Develop scalable product operating models and product frameworks
- Act as the voice of Product both internally and externally
- Drive measurable customer, clinical and commercial outcomes
