Role Overview

As the Lead Business Analyst , you will be responsible for leading the business analysis function across multiple projects and workstreams. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and support across projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
