You will triage and resolve incidents, configure new devices, and provide hands-on end-user support across hardware, software, and telephony in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Active Directory, maintaining security basics, ITIL practices, and coordinating with third-party suppliers on ongoing projects.
