Salary: £70,000- £80,000 per annum + 10-25% Bonus

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Team Lead to join the team. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to travel to our Reading office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of infrastructure engineers & fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of our IT infrastructure, including Hyper-V, Windows servers, Microsoft technologies, and SolarWinds.
  • Hands-on Support: Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • On-call Support: Participate in an on-call rota, providing support outside of regular working hours as needed.
  • System Monitoring Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the infrastructure supports business objectives.
