We’re partnering with an industry leader at the forefront of digital innovation in health & social care. With offices in Bristol, Bournemouth, and London (and just one or two in-office days per month), this is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to lead, innovate, and grow in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

- Experience mentoring or leading developers—or ready to take the next step into leadership.
- Passion for clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort with agile practices—pair programming, code reviews, automated testing.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset—keen to learn new tools & technologies.
What’s on offer:

- 25+ days leave + public holidays & extra days for length of service
- Private medical insurance, life assurance & enhanced maternity leave
- Pension contributions & Employee Assistance Programme

- A genuinely collaborative, supportive culture where your ideas matter
