What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and delivering full-stack builds in a high-performance engineering environment

Collaborating with Product, Data, DevOps, and AI/ML teams across zero-to-one projects

Driving innovation with LLM-powered features (LangChain, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn)

Leading CI/CD improvements, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and testing

Helping define the engineering culture of a modern, agile-first tech team

Join one of the most forward-thinking product teams in UK fintech

Shape the engineering roadmap and own projects from concept to MVP

Collaborate with elite engineers, researchers, and product leaders

Make a real impact — not just on tech, but on how businesses use data

8+ years of full-stack development experience

Strong experience across both frontend and backend stacks

Deep knowledge of Palantir Foundry or similar platforms
