We’re looking for an experienced Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital performance engine and help scale the business through data‑driven, measurable marketing. You’ll play a hands‑on role developing growth campaigns across multiple channels, owning the reporting and analytics layer that connects marketing activity to sales outcomes. You’ll shape how we use data, marketing automation, and lifecycle programmes to improve pipeline quality, conversion rate, and customer retention. This position suits someone commercially minded, curious, and comfortable switching between strategy and execution — someone who enjoys collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the digital funnel across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Plan and run multi‑channel growth campaigns (email, paid media, content, community, partnerships).
- Test and refine activities using a structured experimentation approach focused on measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align marketing programmes with revenue targets.
Data, Reporting & Revenue Operations
- Take ownership of performance reporting and ROI analysis across the marketing funnel.
- Build dashboards and insights that translate data into decisions and ROI improvements.
- Act as a data advocate within the team — ensuring high standards of accuracy, tracking, and attribution.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to streamline lead management, reporting cadence, and forecasting.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Manage HubSpot as the marketing automation and CRM platform.
- Develop workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle journeys.
- Ensure data is clean, structured, and used effectively for lead nurturing and campaign performance.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Build nurture and retargeting campaigns that support customer and partner engagement.
- Optimise buyer and user journeys to reduce friction and improve conversion and retention rates.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver a connected experience from first touch to advocacy.
- Contribute to a growing marketing team by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and supporting wider priorities.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align goals and messaging.
- Bring energy, creativity, and a proactive attitude — comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required.
About You
- 5+ years in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing roles (preferably within B2B or technology).
- Proven track record of owning marketing performance, reporting, and measurable revenue impact.
- Hands‑on experience managing HubSpot (automation, CRM, reporting, workflows).
- Comfortable using analytics to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- Strong collaboration skills working with Sales and cross‑functional business units.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech environments.
- Background in community‑led growth or advocacy programmes.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms, optimisation tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Previous involvement in scaling or early‑growth environments.
