After 110% growth in the last 12 months, they are now investing heavily into engineering function to support their next stage of scale. These five hires will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the platform.
Your role will involve the following:
- Workflow and automation improvements
- Core platform scalability and resilience
- Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.
We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example. Core stack includes:
- Experience with large-scale, complex systems is a major advantage.
- A strong full-stack engineer with deep problem-solving instincts
- Skilled at breaking down complexity into clear actions
- Emotionally intelligent and great at aligning teams
- Confident challenging assumptions and navigating ambiguity
- Motivated to build elegant, scalable, future-ready solutions
