We’re growing our engineering team and looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and evolve an advanced resource planning platform used by organisations across the UK and beyond. If you enjoy working across the stack, collaborating with smart people, and building high-quality software that users genuinely love - this one’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining features across front-end and back-end systems
  • Working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver well-designed solutions
  • Writing clean, testable, maintainable code
  • Contributing to platform performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Taking part in code reviews and agile ceremonies
  • Supporting automated testing and quality-first development

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer
  • Comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
  • Passion for building user-focused, high-quality software
  • SQL Server or relational database experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g. Azure Service Bus)
