The Role:
We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross‑functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining:

- Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth

- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
- Remain technically hands‑on, especially while teams scale
