D365 CE Solution Architect

Areti are excited to partner with an award-winning UK Microsoft Partner that is expanding its Dynamics 365 CE/CRM practice across the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, and support clients throughout the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Platform)
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
• Own solution architecture across Dynamics 365, M365, Power Platform, and Azure
• Design and implement integrations with Azure services and third-party applications
• Build custom model-driven apps, plugins, and Power Automate flows
• Define technical standards and lead solution and code reviews
• Support presales activities, including estimations and Statements of Work
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and roadmaps

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale D365 CE solutions
• Expertise in plugins, workflows, and low/no-code tools
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Azure services
• Awareness of modern Dynamics 365 AI features and their practical application
