We’re partnering with a fast‑growing, VC‑backed technology company. They are scaling rapidly across the UK, Europe, and the US — and are now hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join their Operations team.
The Role
This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves project ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You’ll lead new client onboarding from contract signature through to full platform adoption, ensuring every customer feels supported, educated, and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding
- Own the full onboarding lifecycle for UK & EMEA clients
- Run kick‑off sessions to align on goals, scope, timelines, and requirements
- Build and manage onboarding project plans
- Configure the platform to meet client needs
- Coordinate data collection, validation, and technical setup
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales & Customer Success for smooth handover
- Partner with Product & Engineering on technical requirements
- Align with Operations to ensure all backend processes are launch‑ready
- Training & Enablement
- Deliver virtual training sessions to HR teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to onboarding materials, guides, and documentation
- Support change management to drive early adoption
- Risk & Project Management
- Identify risks and blockers early and manage escalations
- Ensure all onboarding projects hit timelines and scope
- Continuous Improvement
- Gather client feedback to improve onboarding journeys
- Contribute to internal playbooks and process improvements
- Track onboarding success metrics: time‑to‑launch, adoption, satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project management
