We’re partnering with a specialist technology consultancy delivering long‑term, stable programmes for the UK national security sector. They need an organised, proactive administrator to keep their delivery teams running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate meetings, take actions and follow them up with owners
- Keep project trackers, reports and risk, issue, action and decision (RAID) logs accurate and up to date
- Manage onboarding, IT access requests and security clearance admin
- Improve processes and help the team work smarter
What you’ll bring
- Experience in admin, project support or PMO, ideally in national security
- Strong organisation and a real eye for detail
- Ownership: you follow tasks through to the end

Eligibility
