The Opportunity
Areti are proud to be supporting a London-based consultancy that is continuing to grow its Enterprise Data & Digital (EDV) capability as part of its wider digital and data transformation offering. They partner with public and private sector organisations to deliver secure, data-led and insight-driven solutions, helping clients improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and mission outcomes. They are now looking to hire multiple Business Analysts across all levels, from Entry/Mid-level through to Principal, to support a wide range of EDV-focused client engagements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy where EDV is core to how solutions are designed and delivered, and where Business Analysts play a critical role in bridging technical teams and senior stakeholders—often within complex, secure environments supported by platforms such as Palantir Foundry and Gotham.
Daily Responsibilities
- Working closely with clients to understand business problems, operational needs, and data requirements within EDV programmes.
- Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Acting as a key interface between stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and delivery teams.
- Supporting the design of EDV solutions by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to drive clarity and alignment.
- Supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation and go-live.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of EDV processes, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Engaging directly with secure, high-profile clients to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with governance and compliance requirements.
Experience Required
- 2+ years of commercial experience in a Business Analyst role, with opportunities up to Principal level.
- Strong experience working on EDV, data, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and manage complex business and data requirements.
- Experience working in consultancy or client-facing environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Active SC or DV Clearance is essential.
- Palantir (Foundry or Gotham) experience is highly desirable.
