We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong FinTech experience to join a fast-paced digital transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to payment systems and payments messaging protocols (e.g. SWIFT, ISO 20022, BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments).
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements related to payment systems and financial messaging.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure payment processes meet regulatory and operational standards.
- Analyse end-to-end payment workflows and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support testing and validation of payment solutions.
