Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (Permanent Position)

Location: Remote (One day a month)

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work from our Bournemouth office twice a month.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Experience:

• Proficient in using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience with statistical methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technologies behind them.
• Familiarity with the SaaS product lifecycle and key product metrics.
• Experience in setting up and leveraging product telemetry tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Excellent self-management, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of B2B market dynamics and business models.
