We are hiring five exceptional Senior Software Engineers/Development Team Leads/Tech Leads for one of the UKβs fastest-scaling, best-funded, and most forward-thinking software scale-ups. The Role:Weβre looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas.
- People coaching
- Workflow and automation improvements
- Hands-on Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead and develop a team of 2β6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
- Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
- Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
Weβre seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example.
- .NET (Framework & Core)
- Azure SQL + Azure Cloud
- Vue.js, Vanilla JS, CSS, HTML (SPA)
- Bonus: RabbitMQ, SignalR, broader Azure services
A strong full-stack engineer with deep problem-solving instincts. Comfortable leading technical direction and coaching others.
Salary: Β£67,000βΒ£85,000 depending on experience
