The Role: Software Engineer/Development Team Lead / Tech Lead (x5)

We’re looking for five inspiring technical leaders to guide cross-functional engineering teams across multiple product areas. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining:

  • technical decision-making

  • and impactful ownership of high-value product areas

Your team may focus on:

  • New product modules
  • UI modernisation initiatives
  • Workflow and automation improvements
  • Core platform scalability and resilience

Focus areas rotate annually, ensuring ongoing growth and variety.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of 2–6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
  • Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
  • Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
  • Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
  • Own the full lifecycle from concept β†’ architecture β†’ code β†’ release

Tech Stack: We’re seeking strong full-stack engineers who lead by example. Core stack includes:
