You’ll own the most important stage of the customer lifecycle: transforming a signed enterprise customer into a successful launch. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, implementation, configuration, training, and adoption — ensuring every client goes live confidently and quickly realises value from the platform.

What You’ll Own

Enterprise Customer Onboarding

You’ll lead end-to-end onboarding for global enterprise customers, including:

  • Running onboarding kick-offs
  • Defining launch plans, milestones, and success metrics
  • Managing stakeholder communication
  • Coordinating implementation and configuration activity
  • Driving successful go-live delivery
  • Delivering a premium onboarding experience throughout the customer journey

You’ll become the operational lead for each customer launch.

Cross-Functional Delivery

You’ll operate at the centre of the delivery engine, partnering closely with:

  • Sales during customer handover
  • Product & Engineering teams on technical or configuration requirements
  • Operations teams ahead of launch
  • Internal stakeholders improving onboarding processes and customer experience

This is a fast-moving environment where ownership and initiative are expected from day one.

Training & Adoption

You’ll help customers maximise value from the platform by:

  • Delivering engaging virtual training sessions
  • Supporting platform adoption and change management
  • Creating onboarding documentation and enablement resources
  • Helping customers embed new workflows successfully

You’ll combine operational excellence with strong client-facing communication.

Delivery Excellence
