We are hiring Senior Enterprise Onboarding Managers – AI SaaS (Benefits Platform) who will play a mission-critical role in delivering world-class onboarding and platform adoption.

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional implementation role. You’ll be the person who turns a signed contract into a successful client launch. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, configure the platform, run training, coordinate internally with Product and Operations, and ensure every customer goes live confident, excited, and ready to adopt the platform. The company believes onboarding is the most important moment in the customer lifecycle — and treats it that way. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where ownership, autonomy, and problem solving are expected from day one. Small team. Very experienced people.
What You’ll Own
- Client Onboarding: You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers. This includes:
- Leading onboarding kick-off calls
- Aligning on goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Managing onboarding plans and milestones
- Coordinating data and system configuration
- Managing stakeholders across multiple teams
- Driving customers through to successful go-live
You’ll be the trusted guide during the most critical stage of the customer journey.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: This role sits at the centre of the delivery engine. You’ll collaborate with:
- Sales & CX teams during client handover
- Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
- Operations teams ahead of launch
- Internal stakeholders working on platform improvements
Training & Enablement: You’ll help customers succeed by delivering clear and engaging training sessions. This includes:
- Delivering product training for customer teams
- Creating onboarding documentation and materials
- Supporting adoption of new workflows
- Helping customers get value from day one
Delivery Excellence: This business is obsessed with metrics and outcomes. You’ll help track and improve:
- Time-to-launch
- Onboarding experience
- Customer satisfaction
- Early product adoption
You’ll also proactively identify risks and ensure projects stay on track.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who combine organisation, communication, and client empathy. You should have:
- 3–5+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project delivery
- Experience working with international customers
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Experience in Benefits is a must - Flexible Benefits, Benefits Platform, Employee Benefits Technology, Total Reward, Benefits Administration, HR Tech / Reward Tech, Benefits Implementation
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering virtual training sessions
- Strong communication with senior stakeholders
