The business is transforming how companies manage complex, multi-country programmes through a combination of smart technology, structured delivery, and strong client partnerships. This role sits at the heart of that delivery!
The Role:
This is a client-facing, delivery-focused position where you’ll take ownership of onboarding new customers and managing multi-country rollouts across enterprise clients. You’ll blend structured project delivery with hands-on execution, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure implementations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. You’ll follow a repeatable delivery model across each rollout phase, bringing consistency, pace, and confidence to every client engagement. What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new enterprise clients.
- Lead project kick-offs, aligning on timelines, deliverables and success metrics.
- Manage multiple global implementations simultaneously.
- Drive country-level rollouts from data gathering through to go-live.
- Configure and support platform setup based on client requirements.
- Work directly with international stakeholders to gather and validate data.
- Facilitate structured review sessions and secure formal approvals.
- Resolve discrepancies between documentation, stakeholders, and system setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Identify risks, blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Contribute to improving delivery processes and frameworks.
Your Experience:
- 3–5+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project delivery.
- Experience working with enterprise clients across the UK or EMEA.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong client-facing skills and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience running structured onboarding or rollout programmes.
- Background in HR tech, workforce platforms, payroll, or SaaS (desirable).
