We are partnering with one of the UK's most exciting healthcare technology organisations as they continue to scale their product function and transform how patients access healthcare, medication and clinical services through technology. This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely product-led business operating at the intersection of healthcare, telemedicine, medication management, prescribing and patient experience.
We are specifically looking for a commercially focused Product Director who understands how to build products that deliver measurable business outcomes whilst improving patient care.
- Experience building patient-facing products involving online consultations, prescribing journeys, medication fulfilment, healthcare subscriptions, chronic condition management, dermatology, weight management, men's health, women's health, virtual care or medication-based treatment programmes is highly desirable.

With significant investment, ambitious expansion plans and a commitment to product excellence, they are looking for a Product Director to define strategy, scale teams and lead the next phase of product evolution. As Product Director, you will:
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of healthcare products
- Lead and develop Product Managers, Product Leads and senior product talent
- Drive commercial outcomes through customer-centric product innovation
- Shape future product strategy and investment decisions
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial teams
- Drive product discovery, experimentation and outcome-based delivery
- Build scalable product operating models and ways of working
- Represent Product internally and externally across customers, suppliers and strategic partners
- Influence executive decision-making and long-term business strategy
What We're Looking For:
Product Leadership10-12+ years' experience in Product Management, with the majority of your career spent building SaaS, Platform or Technology products. You will currently be operating as:
- Product Director
- Director of Product
- Head of Product
- VP Product
- Chief Product Officer
- Or an exceptional Product Lead operating at enterprise scale.
Experience leading Product Managers, Product Leads and senior product teams is essential.
Commercial Product ExpertiseThis is a highly commercial leadership role. You will have experience delivering measurable outcomes across:
- Revenue growth
- Customer retention
- Product adoption
- Customer expansion
- Operational efficiency
- Market growth
Experience operating within a technical, commercial product model is essential.
Product Strategy & InnovationThe business is looking to strengthen strategic product capability. You will have experience:
- Defining product vision and long-term strategy
- Leading discovery and validation programmes
- Launching new products from concept to market (0–1)
- Scaling successful products
- Improving existing products through measurable outcomes
- Creating repeatable product frameworks and operating models
- Coaching product teams on modern product practices
