Are you a Senior Developer ready to step into a Tech Lead role where you can shape products that truly make a difference? We’re partnering with an industry leader at the forefront of digital innovation in healthtech. With offices in Bristol, Bournemouth, and London (and just one or two in-office days per month), this is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to lead, innovate, and grow in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
- Leadership split—coding, architecting, and mentoring
- Lead a small, talented team of developers in an agile, product-focused environment (Scrum)
- Work across a modern full-stack environment:
- Back end: Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony)
- Front end: Vue.js, TypeScript
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
- Other tech: Python, Node.js (AWS Lambdas), AWS, CI/CD with GitHub Actions & Semaphore
Design scalable, high-performance systems serving thousands of requests per minute. Contribute to architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong full-stack development experience with object-oriented languages (Ruby, PHP, Java, C#, etc.)
- Experience mentoring or leading developers—or ready to step into leadership
- Comfortable with agile practices—pair programming, code reviews, automated testing
- Curious mindset with a desire to learn new tools and technologies
