Areti Group is partnering with a high-growth, product-first AI SaaS company quietly building something category-defining for global organisations. We are hiring multiple Onboarding Specialists who will play a mission-critical role in delivering world-class onboarding and platform adoption.
Location: Remote (UK / EMEA)

Stage: High-growth AI SaaS | Product-first | Global customers
This is not a traditional implementation role. You’ll be the person who turns a signed contract into a successful client launch. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, configure the platform, run training, coordinate internally with Product and Operations, and ensure every customer goes live confident, excited, and ready to adopt the platform.
- Coordinating data and system configuration
- Product & Engineering on configuration or technical requirements
- Training & Enablement
You’ll help customers succeed by delivering clear and engaging training sessions:
- Delivering product training for customer teams
- Supporting adoption of new workflows
- Helping customers get value from day one
You’ll help track and improve:
- Proactively identify risks and ensure projects stay on track
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project delivery
- Experience in Benefits is hugely desirable - Flexible Benefits, HR Tech / Reward Tech, Benefits Implementation
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Experience delivering virtual training sessions
- Project management certifications
