They’re expanding their product organisation and hiring Senior UX Designers to take full ownership of complex, high‑impact product areas across a cutting‑edge, data‑rich platform.

The Opportunity:

What You’ll Own:

• End‑to‑End Product Design
• Lead complex product areas from problem definition → research → interaction design → visual design → engineering handoff
• Deliver scalable, elegant solutions across a data‑dense, AI‑powered platform
• Design intuitive, reliable AI interfaces that users depend on

Design Systems & Standards:

• Shape and evolve a modern design system
• Define interaction patterns and design standards
• Drive consistency and quality across product + engineering

Research & Insight:

• Lead interviews, usability tests and concept validation
• Turn qualitative + quantitative insights into clear direction
• Champion evidence‑based decision‑making

Cross‑Functional Influence:

• Partner closely with product and engineering
• Navigate complex dependencies and trade‑offs

What You Bring:

• Expert Figma skills — this is non‑negotiable
• 6+ years of UX & visual design experience in B2B SaaS
• A portfolio showcasing strong craft across complex, technical problems
• Proven end‑to‑end ownership of ambiguous design challenges
• Experience building and evolving design systems
• Strong research skills — interviews, testing, synthesis
• Confident influencing product + engineering partners
• Able to operate independently in a small, senior team
• Excellent communicator — written, verbal and visual
