Are you a passionate, hands-on Engineering Manager ready to lead teams in a HealthTech company dedicated to making a real impact? Areti is looking for experienced tech leaders across the UK. Work remotely but be prepared to join us once a month in our Bristol, Dorset, or Hampshire offices for our dynamic Product and Engineering meetups — all travel and hotel expenses fully covered!

Experience a role in a health-focused tech company growing 40% annually. Build products that change lives and help improve healthcare solutions for everyone. We deliver incrementally in sprints, following Agile (SCRUM) practices. From pair-programming and code reviews to automated testing, we prioritise clean code over over-engineering.

  • Back-end: PHP, Ruby on Rails, Python (AWS Lambdas)
  • Front-end: VueJs, TypeScript, Angular
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
  • Semaphore, Heroku, AWS Infrastructure

We aim to be truly full-stack, from database to front-end, and everyone takes part in AWS Infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD as needed. Expect to grow not only as a developer but also in requirements gathering, project management, and research.
