🌿 What You’ll Be Doing

🌳 Own and scale our end-to-end training offering – from design to delivery.

🌳 Build and manage a pool of expert trainers to deliver high-quality, engaging sessions.

🌳 Work closely with technical teams to turn complex data workflows into accessible learning.

🌳 Lead and coordinate in-person and digital training sessions (and occasionally deliver them yourself).

🌳 Partner with clients to understand their training needs and translate them into powerful learning journeys.

🌳 Bring structure, creativity, and consistency to how we deliver learning across the organisation.

🌳 Help shape the long-term strategy for our training products and capability.

🌿 About You

🌳 Experienced in training management, L&D, or enablement – ideally within a tech or data-driven environment.

🌳 Understand technical concepts and data workflows (bonus points if you’ve worked with Python, SQL or similar).

🌳 Confident working with or around technical teams and translating complexity into clarity.

🌳 Organised, proactive, and passionate about developing people.

🌳 Strong communicator who can build trusted relationships quickly.

🌳 Any knowledge of Palantir (Foundry or Gotham) is a huge plus – but curiosity and a growth mindset matter most.

🌳 You hold a British passport and have lived in the UK for the last 5+ years, or are already SC/DV cleared (or clearable).
