Backed by major funding and already delivering mission-critical solutions across defence, energy, and the public sector, this startup is in hyper-growth mode. With a roadmap as ambitious as the team behind it, they’re hiring x8 Data Engineers and Data Scientists across junior to lead levels.
This is your opportunity to help build enterprise-grade data systems that are transforming how governments and institutions deliver services and protect critical infrastructure.
The Role
You’ll work at the powerful intersection of Data Science and Engineering — embedding models and ML algorithms into real-world, scalable platforms. You’ll be responsible for building robust tools that make tangible impacts across national infrastructure and public systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant, production-ready solutions.
Your Skillset
We’re looking for bright, curious minds with strong technical foundations and a consulting approach.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and TypeScript
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience with Docker, ECS, ECR
- Solid database knowledge – PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Strong background in system design, data models, and algorithm development
Consulting & Project Experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Prior work on government or defence projects is highly desirable
Security Clearance
- SC or DV clearance (current or previously held) is a major advantage
- Must be eligible for UK security clearance
