Areti is thrilled to be partnering with a leading software solutions provider in the search for a Technical Lead! This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong experience in Linux engineering and Kubernetes deployments.
You’ll split your time 50/50 between being technically hands-on, leading deployments and scaling customer environments, and managing projects and mentoring another engineer on the team.
How your day will look:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of Kubernetes deployments across diverse client environments.
Acting as the technical authority on Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud-native technologies.
Collaborating closely with clients to design, deploy, and optimise scalable solutions.
️ Troubleshooting complex technical challenges and delivering innovative, practical solutions.
Building and maintaining lab and proof-of-concept environments to support development and testing.
Partnering with Sales Engineering to provide architectural guidance and technical insights.
Proven experience leading or contributing to complex technical projects
Hands-on expertise with containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
Strong background in Linux system administration (any distribution)
️ Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
️ Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
