Job Description Summary: This role is to plan, execute and manage all aspects of Marq Logistics marketing in the UK by developing campaigns for managers to approve, executing approved plans and activities for managers or regional teams, and reporting on marketing performance. The Associate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness of Marq Logistics aligning with business objectives in the UK as well as supporting the marketing of available space across the UK portfolio. This includes managing all marketing activities, overseeing the ongoing website for UK properties, the rebranding roll out programme of Marq Logistics and managing the UK events programme.

Description of Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the CRM maintaining the quality and accuracy of the UK data set.
  • Utilise web analytic tools to provide performance data of ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise UK property listings to enhance listing results on search engines and AI.
  • Ensure all UK brochures are kept up to date with the latest property details.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including website, emailing campaigns, and display advertising campaigns including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-click (PPC).
  • Plan, author and submit UK social media posts for approval.
  • Measure and report on performance of all marketing activities and assess against agreed quarterly goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Integrate marketing strategies in collaboration with the UK development team, creating individual property marketing plans.
  • Plan, execute and oversee all aspects of the UK event programme.
  • Co-ordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Support the creation and management of engaging content such as blogs, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all materials in line with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Report on the effectiveness of each property marketing campaign.
  • Ensure web content and UK property details pages are up to date and correct.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Europe marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to UK marketing strategies.
  • Support the execution of any corporate marketing projects into the UK market.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the UK marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor expenditure and optimise budget usage based on performance data and business need.
  • Manage all digital marketing campaign spends with reporting back to the country teams.

Compliance and Best Practice:

  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and implement suitable innovations.
