We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Analyst to join our Systematic Credit Operations Team at Ares. In this role, you will take responsibility for a broad range of tasks and will collaborate with various internal teams and external vendors and providers, as well as your colleagues within Operations.
Alongside your broad range of Operations tasks, you will have the opportunity to contribute to best practice ideas, processes, and oversight within the Operations Team. You will have demonstrable experience of working on the sell side, or within asset management / a hedge fund, and you will be familiar with outsourced middle office processes and oversight. Strong communication skills are vital in this role, as you will work in partnership with external vendors and providers as well as other Systematic Credit teams, including Portfolio Management and Engineering. Project management experience and programming skills are also an advantage.

- Fixed income products, such as Bonds, Convertible bonds, Credit Default Swaps (single name and index), FX, Futures and Interest Rates Swaps
