As the team continues to grow, the firm is currently looking to hire an Associate to join our Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team in our London office.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate investment opportunities through detailed due diligence, industry research, benchmarking, and financial modelling.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on buyout, growth and other private equity limited partnership interests and underlying companies.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations to committees and broader investment team.
- Support the investment team in transaction management and monitoring of existing investments.
- Build industry relationships by engaging with fund sponsors, advisors, and attending conferences and sponsor meetings.
- 2–4 years of experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, private equity, or principal investing.
- Strong academic record, demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Advanced financial analysis, modelling, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in collaborative, fast‑paced deal teams.
