Ares Management is seeking a commercially minded Pre‑Construction Manager to lead upfront development for EMEA data centre projects. You will drive feasibility, permitting, budgeting and preconstruction planning to speed to market and certainty of schedule.
Reporting to the Principal, Design Lead EMEA, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage suppliers and contractors, and ensure a smooth handover from preconstruction to construction while maintaining cost controls and compliance.
