This is a maintenance-focused role working in occupied residential properties. We are not a volume installation company. Jobs are scheduled realistically and carried out properly. We are looking for someone with strong diagnostic ability who can assess systems logically and diagnose faults without guesswork.

The Role
You will work independently across London carrying out a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied homes and tenanted properties.
Plumbing Works
- Diagnosing and repairing leaking taps, mixers and cartridges
- Shower fault-finding (thermostatic faults, low pressure, temperature issues)
- Toilet repairs (flush valves, inlet valves, syphons, ball valves)
- Investigating visible and concealed leaks
- Pipework alterations and remedial upgrades
- Hot and cold water pressure and flow issues
- Waste pipe blockages to basins, showers, baths and kitchens
Heating Works
- Boiler diagnostics, servicing and repairs
- Domestic gas appliance work
- Zone valves, pumps, expansion vessels and heating controls
- Unvented and vented cylinders
- System pressure and water quality issues
- Light installation work may be required, but this is primarily a maintenance and fault-finding role.

- ACS domestic gas qualifications (engineer will be registered under company Gas Safe)
- Minimum 5 years’ reactive maintenance experience
- Willing to undergo DBS check
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools
