Design Technician in London

Arena Stone & Ceramics is a leading specialist in the design, supply, and installation of natural stone and ceramic finishes for high-end commercial projects in Central London. We are seeking a Design Technician to join our growing design team.\\nAbout the Role\\nAs a Design Technician, you will work closely with our project managers and production teams to prepare accurate cutting sheets, fabrication drawings, and setting-out details for manufacture and on-site installation.\\nKey Responsibilities\\n * Produce detailed drawings for ceramic finishes and stone cutting sheets for production and installation.\\n * Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent and site conditions.\\n * Assist in the coordination of design information between architects, contractors, and workshop teams.\\n * Conduct site visits where required to verify measurements and setting-out.\\nSkills & Experience\\n * Background in architecture, interior design or manufacure preferred.\\n * Experience preparing stone cutting sheets for manufacture is highly valued.\\n * Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D software is advantageous.\\n * Good understanding of site setting-out, tiling, and stone/tile installation methods.\\n * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\\n * Must have the legal right to work in the UK.\\n * Living in London or short commuting\\nWhat We Offer\\n * Competitive salary (dependent on experience)\\n * Opportunity to work on prestigious projects across London
