We’re looking for two Receptionists to join Holiday Inn Wolverhampton. Are you a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? Holiday Inn is looking for two Receptionists to be the heart of our Front Office team, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and memorable welcome.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
  • Handle guest reservations, correspondence, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager with daily front office operations, including staffing, financial monitoring, and revenue initiatives.
  • Support our F&B team during busy periods, contributing to an all-around excellent guest experience.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld across all front-of-house activities.
  • Encourage guest loyalty through IHG Reward sign-ups and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct routine inspections of public areas and take prompt action to resolve any issues.

About you:

  • Previous hotel reception or front office experience is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a busy environment.
