We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Officer! At ARC, we embrace diversity, develop our people, care for our visitors, think about our impact, and we’re proud of our sport.
One shift per week will be scheduled later to provide visibility and support to employees who work within our onsite hotel, ensuring they have access to HR support. In line with the 24/7 nature of the business, the role requires some weekend work to support some of our fixtures and events.
What we’re looking for:
- Organised, proactive HR professional who genuinely enjoys working with people and getting things done.
- A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience.
- Solid HR process knowledge and the confidence to engage and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong communicator, highly organised, and comfortable managing a busy and varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Confidence using HR systems and processes across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment through to employee relations.
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) would be great, but just as important is your positivity and willingness to get involved across everything HR.
